Practice Manager (Steve Ellis)
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Patient Services Manager (Katie Pritchard)
Has specific responsibility for the reception team and handling complaints and developing new services for the practice. In addition she is the key link for the Patients' Group
Practice Operations Manager (Elaine Barnett)
Has specific responsibility for the Data Administration team and is also clinical governance and data lead within the practice overseeing all IT structures and processes which support both clinicians and the wider practice teams.
Quality & Information Manager (Amanda Lloyd)
Has specific responsibility for the Practice Administrative team and Secretarial teams. She is also responsible for the monitoring of practice performance and contract monitoring.
